They take the same .325 bar as a 50ish cc husky. I prefer a 3/8 lp set up on them, it's quite a bit faster at that power level. That's how the chinese 45's came years ago. The 58's are fine with .325. 3/8 rim sprockets and clutches are dirt cheap for those saws and the same 3/8lp bar for the 25cc joncutters or a small husky like a 240 fit right ...

On the dirtbikes it's maxima super synthetic blend for nickasil cylinders and maxima 927 for castiron sleeves, castor synthetic blend.

The bow bar was used extensively by the US Forest Service Hotshot fire fighting had crews in the south west in the '80s because it was very effective for cutting scrub, chaparral and other large brush to clear fire line. I have not seen any crews with these bars in a long time, not sure why.

The 620 has improved intake and exhaust which helps explain why it costs $200.00 more. The Echo 590 can use up to a 24" bar while the Echo 620 can use up to a 28in bar. No one seems to mention the Makita 6100 which is on par with the Echo 620 for power and bar length.

I had bought a husky 435 last year for this type of work and the 3500 cuts fast.
