I recently had to contact support for a failed DFI sensor (out of warranty), and got a response within a few days. After some discussion with support, they did send me a new DFI kit, so in total that process took about 2 weeks to have the replacement part delivered. Since you are still in warranty, I imagine that process will be quicker for you.

I recommend you replace the DFI sensor and pinch contact. It’s a $30 replacement part. I know you cleaned everything. But the electronics are corroded for sure.
