Hello Lucian mains. Recently, I’ve been getting into Lucian mid and have been having a ton of fun. I was wondering if y’all could take a look at my build and give me any recommendations? Thank you :). Runes: PTA, Presence of Mind, Bloodline, Coup de Grace, Magical Footwear, Biscuit Delivery.
